E-WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Upon successfully registering warranty online, original purchaser of the product will be entitled with a Carry-in Warranty for the duration from the original date of purchase stated in the confirmation email, against any manufacturing defect/s caused by normal usage, which will be assessed and confirmed by our Service Department.
- To claim carry-in warranty, please bring the COMPLETE UNIT along with a copy of the online registration email or a valid proof of purchase to our service centre during our operating hours. ALCO under its own discretion will replace/repair the unit within the warranty period.
- All accessories like antennae, battery, ear piece, cables, AC adaptor, remote controls etc.., whichever is applicable are covered for 90 days from original date of purchase and any subsequent replacements will be charged to customer's account.
- This carry-in warranty is invalid/void if the product has been damaged by charging with Alkaline or non-rechargeable batteries, mishandled by customer or modified, altered and/or repaired by other than our company's authorised personnel.
- Carry-in warranty services are valid and available in Singapore only.
- Carry-in warranty does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as flooding, lightning etc.,
- Customers are requested to collect repaired unit/s within two months from date of notification given to collect. Units which are not collected within the stipulated period will be disposed of by the company.
