GENERAL

Delivery is currently available only on the main island of Singapore. For delivery to Sentosa, please contact us directly at orders@alcos.com.sg.

REGULAR DELIVERY

  • Store Pick-Up: FREE delivery applies to store pick-up orders.
  • Delivery Fee: A $3 fee applies to orders valued at $29.99 or below.
  • Complimentary Delivery: FREE Regular Delivery is provided for orders of $30 or more.
  • Operating Days: Regular Delivery is available Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.
  • Processing Time: Orders placed by 11:59 PM will be delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery Partner: Our official delivery partner is Ninjavan.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • We use third-party logistics providers to deliver orders within the stated timeframes based on order timing.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you and expedite the delivery.
  • If you encounter any issues with your delivery driver, please contact us at orders@alcos.com.sg, as well as the third-party logistics company.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any discrepancies or if you require a replacement, notify us by the end of the calendar day at orders@alcos.com.sg. Returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
